About the Position

The position will be responsible for:

• Handling and checking the sample information and recording sample receipt condition.
• Ensuring any special Customer/ Project requirement are met;
• Prioritizing work in order of client priorities and urgency;
• Data entry of client and analytical information into the laboratory information management system;
• Scanning the original COC and all relevant information as soon as possible for appropriate distribution;
• Assisting with the receipt and labelling of samples within the laboratory;
• Updating and maintaining client information within the laboratories data base;
• Preparing sample receipt advice forms;
• Other duties, as requested, relating to this position.
  
  
  

Working Hour:

Monday – Friday: 11:00 – 20:00
Alternate Saturday: 09:00 - 13:00

Required Qualifications:

• Secondary school qualification, preferably in Science subjects (e.g. School Cert, Dip and High Dip);
• 0-1 years previous laboratory experience;
• Good computer literacy skills.
