- Reservations & ticketing services to customers and travel agents over the phone or online
- Respond to customers and travel agents’ inquiries / feedback as well as support airport team during flight disruptions
What You Should Process:
- Diploma or Degree Holder, preferably in business-related or travel/tourism disciplines
- Team player, possess good communication skills, interpersonal skills and customer service attributes
- Fluent spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
- Fresh Graduate or experience in airline/travel service industry will be an advantage
- Hands-on skills in PC operation (Word/Excel/Power-point)
