Job Description

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or degree holder in Business, Logistics or related discipline;
  • Minimum 2 years administration, logistics, merchandising or customer service experience;
  • Experienced in coordinating and supporting daily work at departmental level;
  • Some exposure in handling customer calls;
  • Abilities to coordinate with internal departments and arrange service required by customers;
  • Good people and communication skills;
  • Some exposure in office administrative support will be a plus;
  • Good PC skills, e.g. Word, Excel, Chinese PC;
  • Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage;
  • A good team player;
  • Good English, Cantonese and some Putonghua.
