Responsibilities

• Drafting, translating and editing documents (e.g. letters, manuals and policies)
• Conduct market research and analysis (e.g. competitors, customer needs and products)
• Assist in driving and executing Life Operations projects including project planning, resources allocation, progress monitoring and coordination with team members
• Support any ad-hoc tasks provided by management
• Prepare regular reports to management

Requirements

• Degree holder with FLMI is in advantage
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Minimum of 2 years related experience in insurance and/or banking and finance sectors
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Officer position

Fringe benefits: double pay, medical benefits, annual leave, and mandatory provident fund.
 
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9:00am – 6:00pm)
