Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of training related activities as well as talents development;
  • Deliver and co-ordinate training programs to cope with business needs;
  • Manage and monitor Company registered graduate training schemes: HKIE Scheme A and ICE;
  • Provide administrative support to internal and external training programs;
  • Prepare regular training reports; and
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with major in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
  • Min. of 5 years’ relevant experience across all HR functions in sizeable international organization, with at least 3 years solid experience in training;
  • Experience in engineering consultancy / construction industry is preferred;
  • Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance and related statutory requirements;
  • Independent, well-organized, with strong communication ability and inter-personal skills;
  • Good team player with commitment to quality and tight schedule;
  • Self-motivated, flexible and willing to work under pressure;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; spoken Putonghua is an advantage;
  • Immediate available is preferred.

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer.
