Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to CFO including travel arrangement, meeting / appointments coordination, calendar management etc.
- Handle all daily matters of CFO including personal affairs
- Provide administrative and clerical supports including data entry, filing & documents control
- Liaise & coordinate with various internal and external parties
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
- 3 - 5 years' solid experience as Personal Assistant / Executive Secretary to senior management
- Independent with positive mind-set as well as good interpersonal & communication skills
- Proactive, meticulous and well-organized
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Fluent in written & spoken English and Cantonese
