Responsibilities:

• Work closely with different line managers and provide professional advise for entire recruitment cycle, compensation & benefits and employee relations
• Manage payroll, tax, MPF and group medical insurance scheme
• Take part in implementing the HR strategies and policies according to the company strategy
• Strategic planning and budgeting, as well as other project as required
• Assist in staff appraisal workflow
• Draft employment contracts
• Support ad hoc duties and projects as assigned

Requirements:

• University graduate, preferably from Business Administrations or Human Resource Management or other related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of  relevant experience
• Ability to prioritize while handling tight deadlines for various projects in a fast-paced environment
• Presentable, self-motivated and independent
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese and Mandarin
