What You Will Be Doing

You will be running a full life cycle recruiting desk, generating client business through your own lead generation methodology and using various tools and techniques to source the best talent available in this highly competitive market. As the primary point of contact for your client, you will be negotiating fee agreements, delivering on resumes/interviews as well as negotiating salaries for candidates and closing deals.

What You Need for this Position

• 5-10 years of total work experience
• At least 2 years of experience in the IT Recruiting or IT Staffing industry in Hong Kong
• Experience servicing clients in Information Technology, IT Outsourcing or Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI) industry is ideal
• Understanding of IT terminologies (software / hardware) - our candidates are primarily IT Software Development or IT Infrastructure professionals
• Naturally motivated to be the best in whatever you do
• You like to communicate with others and connecting with them
• You enjoy social and business networking
