Job Summary

The incumbent of this position is responsible for supervising quality control function, cooperating with other departments to drive suppliers and subcontractors quality improvement and planning and organizing work of QA team effectively.

Main Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. Customer complaint/ return
1. Analyze for quality issue from market return
2. Maintain CAR document/ follow up CAR and make sure CAR closure
3. Communicate with related parties on quality information
4. Follow up on supplier corrective actions
5. Provide quarterly summary on CAR update

2. PH audit/ market return
1. Arrange PH audit on regular basis based on market feedback/ random audit
2. Monitor/ perform inspection on customer return watch
3. Provide quarterly update on PH audit/ return watch information
4. Follow up with supplier corrective action on return watch
5. Provide quarterly summary on supplier return watch analysis

Requirement

• F5 standard or above
• Minimum 2 years work experience in watch Quality Control field with strong engineering/watch background.
