Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist executive in daily operations
  • Project team coordination including reporting schedule
  • Consolidation of Master Reporting Documents
  • Updating and implementing Office Systems

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in any relevant disciplines
  • Experience in construction or related field will be an advantage
  • Good command of office coordination
  • Experience in documentation management and correspondence
  • Keen eye for details and procedural management
  • Fluent in English, Chinese and Putonghua 
  • Strong communication skills
  • Competent use of computing software (MS Office)
  • Willing to travel
