Responsibilities:

• Developing a good understanding of clients & building strong relationships with them
• Understanding client's requirement and drafting relevant job specification
• Candidate sourcing through a number of methods including Headhunting, Networking, Social Media and Advertising
• Managing and coaching candidates through the interview process
• Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidates 

Requirements:

• University graduate with experience in the recruitment industry in IT or Sales/Development field in highly preferred, relevant experience in recruitment services is highly preferred
• Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced and result-oriented environment
• Driven by exceeding targets and confidence to undertake business development
• Excellent presentation skills and be able to provide advice to clients and candidates at all levels
• Competitive and enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, responsible, resourceful, self-motivated and ability to deal with multi-task effectively
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
