Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support our sales team from customers enquiries to shipment independently
- Follow up with PRC factory for production schedule and lead time
- Coordinate and assist with sales quotation / creating invoice / inventory locking and ordering / shipment related issues
- Assist with implement of sales strategies to achieve sales target
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- Min 3 years working experience in export sales in Manufacturing Factory
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese word processing
- Occassional overseas business trip is required
- Immediate available is highly preferred
