The Role:
- Handle the reception, greet visitors and handle relevant enquiries with high quality service standard
- Maintain visitors records, order printed matters, handle courier services, comply with security guidelines and other administrative duties according to company policies as required
Requirement
- Diploma holder or above with at least 3 years relevant experience in the field of receptionist, concierge or customer services at a service driven industry
- Professional presentation and a service oriented attitude
- Cheerful, proactive, reliable and a good team player
- Able to communicate efficiently in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
