Job Description

Responsibilities-

  • Perform general office duties.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Marketing support (E.g. mass mailing/direct mailing)
  • Assist liaise and communicate with overseas, local clients & Vendor
  • Handle customer enquiries and send out offers

 

 

Job Requirements-

  • 1-2 years working experience.
  • Good organizational skills,communication, customer- oriented attention to detail.
  • Aggressive, self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Good command of written & spoken English .
  • Fluent in english and Cantonese,(mandarin an advantage)
  • preficient in Ms word and Ms excel, Ms access .
  • knowledge of e-commerce advantage
  • able to work under pressure and good team player
  • Working experience in trading field is preferable
