Responsibilities:

• Report to the Customer Services Manager.
• Provide daily operational support to the local sales team.
• Perform sales order processing activities and delivery arrangement.
• Handle and follow up customer's enquiries for the advertising order status and delivery arrangement.
• Handle ad-hoc projects as required.

 Job requirement:

• Diploma or above.
• At least 2 years experience in customer service/ administration.
• Proficiency in English, Chinese and Mandarin.
• Proficiency in using MS Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing.
• Knowledge in SAP is highly preferred.
• Strong sense of responsibility and good team player.
• Immediate available is an advantage.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Sales Administrator.
