A young and striving NGO, is seeking a dynamic Personal Assistant for the Senior Management.

As experienced PA, you will ensure that the Senior Management has excellent administrative support, enabling him or her to focus on service development and high-level management issues.  You will be an excellent organizer and communicator with a proactive and friendly attitude.  You will have the multi-tasking ability and flexibility to work in this dynamic and ever-evolving environment, and will work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Duties include: 

• Organising board and various meetings, including preparation of relevant documents, board papers, agenda and minutes;
• Time/diary management
• Organizing correspondence and following up on pending matters with limited direction
• Responding to urgent requests
• Co-coordinating travel arrangements and social commitments of the President / CEO in relation with the Company
• Assisting with organizing events

 Experience and qualifications required:

• Must be an University Degree holder
• Fluent spoken and written Chinese, English and Putonghua
• At least 3 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant to Chairman/President/CEO
• Company secretary and/or legal secretary experience preferred
• Prepare to work out of town or on public holidays
• Exceptional computer literacy
• Highly developed organizational skills
• Proactive and with initiative
• Maturity to handle a range of situations
• A meticulous and thorough nature
• An ability to work to tight deadlines
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in NGO or social services preferred
