Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform general reception duties, including the tidying of reception area and handling calls in a professional manner
- Greet visitors and handle queries with all-round understanding of the office
- Manage inbound and outbound mails and couriers systematically
- Support office administrative works including the managing of office supplies ordering and the maintenance of office equipment
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma, associate or above
- At least 1 year of relevant experience or within the receptionist/administration field
- Good communication skills in English, Putonghua and Cantonese
- Professional telephone manner
- Good interpersonal skills with a friendly and cheerful attitude
- Willing to learn and with acceptance towards challenges
- Proficiency in Microsoft Application (Words, Excel and PowerPoint)
