The Payroll and HR Officer role will provide the full spectrum of payroll support services to Tink Lab’s businesses and will report to the Director of Human Resources. The Payroll and HR officer will be responsible for handling payroll in multiple locations and also provide payroll analysis support, a position which provides tremendous developmental opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the entire payroll process for Hong Kong, Singapore and other global locations with the HR Director for 400+ employees
• Execute payroll analysis for proper cost tracking
• Assist in general HR admin related topics
• Help manage business and HR projects/initiatives including Year-End Compensation Process, Employee Satisfaction survey, etc.
• Manage ad hoc requests and projects
• Ensure adherence to risk, control and compliance policies and procedures

Knowledge/Experience/Technical Skills

• Degree holder with 3-5 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in the corporate environment
• Ability to prioritize while handling multiple time-sensitive projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with MS Excel and HR management systems
• Good knowledge of compensation and benefits processes, incl. payroll
• Knowledge of AlphaHRMS an advantage
