Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle data entry for offshore and Hong Kong company secretarial matters.
  • Deal with and follow up on clients’ enquiry or orders with good telephone manner and words processing skills.
  • Perform duties to ensure smoothness and efficiency of daily operation.
  • Other duties as assigned when needed.

 Requirements

  • F.6 or above
  • at least 3 year working experience, relevant experience is preferable but not necessary
  • PC : Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing
  • Average in Mandarin and English
  • Strong sense of responsibility, hardworking with good communication skill
