Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Employment Period : From 6th December 2017 to 29th December 2017
- Greeting and announcing clients and visitors
- Receiving and directing incoming calls to appropriate personnel and voicemail as well as providing administrative support to the HR & Admin Department
- Coordinating meetings & appointments
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant receptionist experience
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skill is essential
- Cheerful, pleasant, detail-minded, self-motivated, independent, adaptive, willing to learn and take on responsibilities with positive working attitude
- Proficient in MS Office; proficiency in Chinese word processing is an advantage not a must
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
- Immediate availability is highly preferable
