We are currently hiring HR & Admin. Manager for a listed corporation in Hong Kong, which  focus on manufacturing and logistics business. They are currently looking for an Human Resources & Administrative Manager to join their young and energetic HR Team. 

Responsibilities:

• Report to HR Director and lead a team of 10
• Responsible for human resources and office administrative functions

Human Resources

• Perform all-round HR functions including talent acquisition, manpower planning, payroll, MPF, medical insurance, performance management, and employee relations
• Review HR policy and procedures regularly
• Review manpower support in overseas office regularly
• Participate in organizing corporate activities such as annual dinner, volunteers activities
• Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned 

Administrative

• General office administration

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources, Business or related disciplines
• At least 7 years' relevant experience in which 3 years in supervisory level
• Experiences in sizable corporation or in manufacturing/ logistics field is preferred
• Experiences in office renovation will be an advantage
• Good command of English and Chinese (Both written and spoken)
• Occasional travel is required
