Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the Business Development team and be responsible for the overall sales and marketing functions
• Generate sales leads and negotiating and closing new index licensing opportunities
• Manage relationships with existing and potential clients to generate new product opportunities
• Collect market intelligence, perform analysis and identify the business opportunities strategically
• Develop marketing and promotion strategy to profile the CES Index Series to the prospects
• Provide strategic input and support to the Index Development team

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years' experience, of which at least 5 years relevant in the securities/financial industry or index or exchanges-traded funds (ETF) industry experience and preferably at management level
• Sound knowledge of index and financial products such as derivatives, ETF and index funds in Hong Kong, the Mainland and overseas markets
• Ability to work independently and self-directed
• Outgoing, customer oriented and team player
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or Finance is highly desired
• Fluent English and Mandarin verbal and written communication skills
