Responsibilities:

• Compile business plan / management report for management’s consideration
• Follow up with internal and external parties to ensure that business plans and/or projects are in good progress
• Responsible for meeting coordination, agenda and minutes write-up, meeting material consolidation
• Provide administrative and executive support to Senior Management
• Assist corporate communications team in corporate culture and brand building
• Handle Ad-hoc assignment as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degreee or above in Linguistics, Journalism or Business disciplines
• 2 year of relevant experience in sizable organization, preferably in banking industry
• Strong business acumen and an outgoing attitude
• Exceptional organization and coordination skills with detail oriented mindset
• Excellent report writing skill in Chinese
• Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
• Proficient in application of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
