Responsibilities:

• Provide quality customer and securities trading services including but not limited to the general enquiries, complaints handling, account opening, trade enquiries, perform KYC and AML checking etc.
• Responsible for system maintenance and testing
• Responsible for follow up client overdue or margin call
• Responsible for day end trading reconciliation
• Handle all administration duties for trading
• Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirement:

• University Graduated
• Minimum 1-2 years working experiences in dealing or customer services
• Willing to learn, service attitude and result-oriented
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel application
• Presentable with good communications & interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Immediate available is highly preferred
