Our client is a fast growing property development company with development projects in China and overseas, focusing in retail, education and financing. As they are continuously expanding, they are looking into different merge and acquisition opportunities to further grow their business. The company is looking for a high caliber candidate to engage in research, valuation and analysis to support their corporate finance team for decision making.

Job responsibilities:

• Preform industry and company research, and gather information on potential targets
• Handle commercial, financial and legal due diligence, review reports
• Perform financial analysis and participate in the preparation of investment applications to obtain approval to execute deals
• Assist in formulating investment plans, terms and conditions for negotiation purpose
• Understanding and participating to the flow of Merger and Acquisition

Job requirement:

• 2 years or above relevant experience in corporate financing, preferably in property development sector
• Degree holder with good analytical skills and attention to details
• High proficiency in using MS Excel
• Good communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
