RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as Responsible Officer to supervise SFC Type 4 & 9 regulated activities;
• Assist in SFC license application in preparing and setting up process, operations and infrastructure of the firm;
• Supervise, manage, formulate, review and update the operation procedures to ensure full regulatory compliance;
• Manage existing fund investing in public and private company;
• Assist in all private fund projects, including fund structure set up, sales & marketing, product development;
• Perform due diligence, investment evaluation and financial modeling for potential investees;
• Implement business development and marketing plan and conduct fund management activities.

REQUIREMENT:

• University graduate major in finance, economics, commerce or real estate;
• Current license holder of Responsible Officer under the SFC for Type 4 and 9 regulated activities;
• Sound knowledge of SFC, regulations and guidelines of relevant regulatory authorities and risk management control;
• A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in financial, fund industry and/or private equity;
• Professional qualification such as CFA, RICS/HKIS, Chartered Accountant/CPA/ ACCA preferred.
