Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support to different scales projects throughout project life cycle (including project planning, prepare user requirements document, review functional design specification, plan and perform UAT, and prepare user manual, etc) related to customer portal, mobile sites / app, eSubmission platform to support business needs, digital strategy initiatives and BAU.  For example, add/revise policy self-service functions, online payment gateway, support product implementation projects, etc.
• Manage small to medium scale projects and responsible for the whole project life cycle.
• Identify areas of improvement / change, introduce and implement new functionalities (for policy management, policy change, financial planning, eSubmission, value-added services, etc) to continuously increase competitiveness of our online self-services in the industry.
• Communicate and work closely with internal stakeholders, IT and third party vendors throughout the project life cycle to ensure successful delivery of projects in timely and effective manner.
• Assist in handling production incidents which have impacts on customers (e.g. investigate incident, revise user requirement, perform UAT on system fixes) and support company-wide system replacement project and ad hoc requirements from regulatory bodies.
  
  

Requirements:

• University degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related disciplines
• A minimum of 2-3 year experience of business analysis and project management, preferably in insurance and / or banking and finance sectors
• Solid experience in supporting projects of various sizes and focusing on customer online portal
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, HTML, web / mobile browsers, mobile application platforms
• Good analytical and problem solving skills, self-initiated, attentive to details and customer focused
• Proven project management, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Able to drive change, handle uncertainty and work independently
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
