Degree or equivalent qualifications of legal discipline.  Applicants should possess of good written and spoken English, Mandarin at communicative level.  Good knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing.  Detail-minded, well-organized with strong sense of responsibility.  Immediate available preferred.  Experience in corporate finance related work such as IPO, mergers and acquisitions, Listing Rules, Takeovers Code or securities regulatory compliance will be a definite advantage.
