Responsibilities:

• Responsible for identifying and evaluating investment opportunities in Hong Kong/ China/ international market
• Handle entire investment process which includes project sourcing, research and evaluation, term sheet preparation, due diligence, financial analysis and modelling, contract negotiation and writing up investment proposal.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis on prospective investments opportunities in the areas of TMT, Health care, Industrial, Fintech and Internet related sectors
• Prepare proper documents for internal approval and engage in post investment management
• Good knowledge in Corporate Finance 

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business/ Investment/ Accounting/ Law or related disciplines. CFA / CPA holder preferred
• 5-8 years of PE/VC investment related working experience.
• Strong understanding of investment process and corporate finance.
• Good writing and communication skills and capability in synthesizing and presenting investment recommendations and research findings both verbally and in writing.
• Self-motivated, ability to work to tight deadlines, able to multi-task prioritize.
• Good command in spoken and written English & Mandarin.
