Job Description

Major responsibilities:

  • Provide quality and professional customer hotline service adherence to the company’s service standard and agreement
  • Handle incoming enquiries for life & medical products, policy administration and complaints from brokers and direct clients
  • Maintain smooth operation of the call center including hotline, voice mail, email enquiries
  • Follow up and liaise with relevant parties in order to settle customers' enquires/complaints
  • Handle complaints from all channels and liaise with relevant parties to obtain relevant information for management action if required.
  • Resolve and analyze customer opinions and proactively follow up with related parties for services improvement
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree at least 2 years working experience in customer service, preferably in insurance or banking industry
  • Familiar with the workflow and procedures of call center operation is an advantage
  • Good knowledge in wide range of Medical & Life insurance products
  • Excellent complaint handling and communication skills
  • Customer-oriented, pleasant and willing to learn
  • Self-motivated, good team player with strong sense of ownership
  • Good spoken and written English, Putonghua is preferred
  • PC proficiency in MS Office
