Responsibilities 

• Assist in Revenue Management for specified vessels to maximize total cruise revenue through pricing and inventory control
• Support Manager on day-to-day execution of tactical and demand-based initiatives for revenue driving
• Work closely with Product setup teams to ensure the pricing and promotional tactics are effectively and efficiently executed
• Monitor and follow-up of group blockages and predicting wash
• Responsible for data analysis to support decision making process for Manager
• Upkeep the database on promotional activity and competitor insights

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s Degree in quantitative discipline from university, post graduate preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of revenue experience. Travel industry revenue management experience is preferred.
• Experience in using Seaware Reservation system will be an added advantage
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
