Responsibilities:

• Conduct researches for collecting intelligence on the business outlook, movement and changes of the contextual environment; provide analysis on market outlook and macro environment in order to support the formulation of business plan and 3-year strategies
• Analyze the implications of changes in business operations, market potential, visitors’ portfolio, behavior and characteristics so as to assist management in identifying opportunities for the formulation of marketing strategies
• Monitor the industry and market environment for alignment in strategic direction and to assess the implications and recommend on follow up actions for any special incident
• Compile and publish the Annual Business Plan Book and to ensure the distribution and delivery of Plan Book to the right parties
• Work with internal teams and external parties on adhoc requests and to provide professional support in order to help to solve technical issues

 Requirements

• Degree holder preferably in Business Administration / Marketing / Statistics / Quantitative Analysis / MIS or equivalent
• With a minimum of 4 years’ practical experience in strategic planning or business analysis
• Proactive in sharing ideas and make suggestions, strong writing skills and able to make abstract concepts or complex topics into presentable ideas
• Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills and detail-minded
• Data analysis skills such as SAS or SPSS is preferred
• Strong PC skills, especially in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese and English
