Responsibilities:

• Handling corporate finance assignments including financial advisory, M&A and other fund raising activities
• Performing data analysis and market data research works and in preparing pitching materials
• Coordinating and carrying out due diligence activities and documentation works
• Provide such other assistance as requested by superiors, including deal origination supports

Requirements:

• University graduate or above
• At least 2 years relevant experience preferably gained in the investment banking industry
• Holder of Representative License of RA6 with SFC
• Professional qualification such as CPA and/or CFA are preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in the use of spreadsheets and presentation skills
• Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Fluency in Putonghua is a must)
