工作與挑戰：

l与专业的保险精英团队合作，为客户提供高素质保险服务;

l透过为在港大陆背景客户及大陆客户提供财富保障及财富增值方案的建议，包括：保险、退休计划、离岸信托、全球基金投资、海外房产购置等，加深对各客户财务或投资需求的了解。

l与客户保持良好的沟通，及时处理保险赔偿以及理财策划服务；

l参与团队配合，赴内地扩展客户及合作网络；

l发展及管理专业财务策划团队

技能與要求：

l香港本科，专业不限，有经济或管理相关学历者更佳；

l需具备良好沟通技巧及语文能力 (写作及说话)，能操流利英文，普通话及广东话更佳;

l有保险相关牌照或工作经验更佳

l欢迎大陆背景求职者，并且拥有IANG或者香港受养人签证；

 We are a professional team from Challenge District (the Champion District of Highest Numbers of MDRT and Highest % of MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table: Is recognized internationally as the standard of excellence in the life insurance and financial services business, which less than 1% of the top performers in the industry) – over the past consecutive 10 years, Challenge District is the Top No.1 out of 200 Districts, and our team consists of experienced Accountants, I-Bankers, Bankers, Professionals and Holders of CFA and CFP^CM designation. We are looking for high caliber individuals to join our Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) team.

Work and Challenges: 

• Work with a team of professional Insurance Specialists
• Understand clients’ wealth objectives and investment requirements, by monitoring risk levels of investment portfolios
• Manage clients’ finances and build their financial futures, hence to maintain friendly and long-lasting client relationships
• Construct investment portfolio including Wealth Creation, Wealth Accumulation and Wealth Distribution
• Prepare presentations and proposals for both internal and client usage

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor degree holder or above, preferably with major in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or relevant disciplines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
• Insurance related license and/or previous related working experience is an advantage
• Mainland Chinese graduates (IANG) are welcomed - Hong Kong ID Card Holders and IANG visa Only
