Job Responsibilities:

• Handle booking of equities transaction and highly integrated with EMS/ OMS systems (such as Fidessa). Post-trade processing and send out of trade confirmation;
• Provide day-to-day customer services functions in Institutional Sales and Trading such as account activities, fund movements, update of authorized trade list, limit application and review, etc.;
• Handle enquiries from customers via inbound call or email;
• Licensed representative to conduct Regulated Activities 1;
• Handle corporate action and follow up on client instruction;
• Comply report of customer activities for management’s review.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Business, Accounting, Finance, Law or related subjects;
• Holder of SFC License RA1 or 2 or 4 or 5;
• A minimum of 1 year of practical experience in Financial Services;
• Patient, attentive to details, work well under stress and is a fast learner;
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese, including Mandarin.
