Customer Service Manager, (RM Assistant-International Centre)  ($20-30K)

Our clients are an international bank and they are seeking for Relationship Support Officer (RM Assistant ) from all levels to join their banking teams.

Responsibilities:

• Provide the Sales support for International RM in the Central office such as risk audio recording& Make appointment
• Prepare the sales meeting materials for RM
• Delivering quality service and maintaining long-term relationship with customers
• Providing quality services and financial solutions to customers and satisfy their changing financial needs

Requirements:

• At least 3-years for banking experience with at least 3 RM Assistant Experience
• Strong knowledge for general banking product
• University degree or above
• Fluent Chinese, English and Putonghua in Written and speaking
