Our Client is one of the new start up asset management firms (Owned by a listed company) with sizeable AUM size. Due to the strong business growth, they are now looking for a qualified candidate to join them as a Responsible Officer Type 9 to set up their company.

Responsibilities

• Manage private funds and discretionary portfolios
• set up asset management and investment management department.
• Manage an investment team and conduct financial analysis / equity research in HK & China market
• Generate ideas for investment funds or discretionary portfolios
• Keep up-to-date with market development and new investment product ideas
• Regular meeting with clients / companies’ senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or higher with min 5 years’ working experience in investment field or set up investment management field
• Familiar with HK & PRC stock market
• Qualified for RO type 9 with solid understanding of regulations
• CFA is an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin
