Our client is a Top Tier Asian Investment Bank. They are looking for a Associate or VP level of Structured / LBO Finance, who will report to the head of the team in HK. You will be joining a dynamic team that has developed throughout the years a solid track-record with large corporate all over the world.

Job Description :

• Lead the execution of LBO, leveraged finance, transactions include debt structuring 
• Coordinate the transaction process, both internally and externally
• Review all relevant documentation
• Collate analysis and arguments to support the negotiation process
• Review and coordinate the work of others

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Structured Finance/LBO/Leveraged Finance/Debt Structuring at investment bank
• Fluent written/spoken English/Chinese (Mandarin)
• Exposure to fundamental financial principles and experience of applying these
• Ability to recognise opportunities to grow business
• Effective relationship building skills with multiple stakeholders internally and externally
