JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Coordination of fund set-up and overall daily responsibility for the fund relationship
2. Coordination with clients, PBs, Middle Office, Custodians and/or other 3^rd party providers
   
3. Managing the upload of trades, prices and corporate actions into service platform daily, weekly and/or monthly
4. Identification of breaks and timely resolution with other parties
5. Daily, weekly and/or monthly accounting and reporting processes
6. Perform investor allocations and fee calculations
7. Preparation of daily, weekly or monthly NAVs
8. Timely response to clients’ or investors’ queries
9. Coordination of audit process and the preparation of audited financial statements
10. Ad hoc reporting and other administrative duties

JOB EXPERIENCE:

1. A Bachelor's degree in related discipline
2. Min. 2+ years in accounting/ auditing/ operation areas within hedge fund and investment business
3. CPA Certified or in the process of obtaining the certification
4. Strong understanding of the investment products, and life-cycles
