Job Description
Responsibilities:-
- Prepare account opening documents for new customers
- Handle incoming calls and email from customers
- Response to customer’s enquiries
- Ensure the working procedures meet the regulatory requirement
- Follow up complaint cases and escalated enquiries from customers
- Handle ad hoc assignment and ensure all job duties are processed in a timely and orderly manner
Requirements:-
- Collage graduate
- Two years or above corporate finance experience
- Responsible, willing to learn and attention to details
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese (proficiency in mandarin speaking is a must)
