Responsibilities:-

• Prepare account opening documents for new customers
• Handle incoming calls and email from customers
• Response to customer’s enquiries
• Ensure the working procedures meet the regulatory requirement
• Follow up complaint cases and escalated enquiries from customers
• Handle ad hoc assignment and ensure all job duties are processed in a timely and orderly manner
  

Requirements:-

• Collage graduate
• Two years or above corporate finance experience
• Responsible, willing to learn and attention to details
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese (proficiency in mandarin speaking is a must)
