Responsibilities:

• Assist in formulating strategic & long-term plan of the Company and its business unites
• Assist in overseeing strategy implementation and operation of the Company and its business units
• Carry out financial analysis, due diligence and take part in the execution of M&A of the Group
• Assist to structure tailor-made finance solutions for loans, bridge financing, project financing and other capital activities
• Set up credit analysis framework with qualitative and quantitative approach for credit risk evaluation and monitoring
• Conduct credit research and risk assignment
• Perform post-investment monitoring and prepare regular project update reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder in Finance or related discipline
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in investment/ banking/ financial industry with proven track record
• Experience in PRC cross-border M&A financing is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in corporate law/ banking regulations in Hong Kong and China
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong relationship building, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Occasional travel is required
