Job Description

• Act as Responsible Officer with management responsibilities and duties to supervise SFC Type 1 & 4 regulated activities of the firm.
• Supervise and manage daily operations of asset management to ensure full regulatory compliance in cooperation with management or compliance team.
• Liaise with SFC and other regulators regarding securities and licensing matters
• Oversee and mentor the development and investment management of discretionary accounts
• Handle trading / sales & marketing activities, monitor daily operations in dealing activities, the account opening process, account maintenance and customer services

Job Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Finance or Business related disciplines
• Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in financial field
• Good ethic and strong in handling compliance matters for securities
• MUST previously / recently be registered under SFC type 1 & 4 license as Responsible Officer
• Good financial market knowledge and strong compliance sense
• Team player, cheerful personality to get along; has a strong sense of responsibility, honesty and trustworthiness, has an excellent work ethic and integrity
• Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and Mandarin
