Key Role and Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Group Company Secretary to deliver the company secretarial duties
• Take care of the annual statutory filings for the group companies
• Assist in organizing meetings and preparing meeting paper
• Assist in managing the overseas subsidiaries and joint venture companies
• To handle administrative works relating to the company secretarial duties 

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business, Accounting, Finance or other related discipline is preferable
• Student / graduate / associate member of ICSA/HKICS with basic knowledge in PRC and HK Company Ordinance
• Minimum 1 year practical company secretarial experience or internship experience gained in a sizeable firm or professional firm is preferable (for fresh graduate)
• Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, well organized and detail-minded with a strong sense of responsibility
• Good command in MS Office and familiar with CSA Expert is an advantage
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Candidate with more experience would be considered as Company Secretarial Officer/Supervisor
