Job Description

Principal responsibilities

  • Lead and own the business design and delivery of the Retail Banking and Wealth Management strategic analytics project
  • Understand existing operations, design transformation strategy, and develop quick-wins and roadmap towards more customer-centric solution, including the identification of the building blocks in association with the evolvement of the current analytics & customer relationship management (CRM) on customer contact activities
  • Provide strategic and operational direction on technical, strategic and operational aspects of CRM & Analytics Transformation
  • Collaborate with Technology, Business Units and Channel teams in delivering a by-phased implementation plan
  • Ensure all the activities carrying out in the transformation can smoothly lead to sustainable growth, and improved process and automation in a responsible way to meet regulatory and customer needs

 Requirements

  • Degree in Statistics, Operational Research, Mathematics, or Finance is preferred
  • 15+ years of hands on experience in customer strategies and decisioning in a comparable consumer financial services / retail organization that has a “Best in Class” contact management capabilities
  • Deep experience commercializing customer contact platforms, campaign management tools, and real time designing tools
  • Good breadth and depth of skills and experiences in leading or orchestrating multifunction projects
  • Strong business acumen, analytical and consulting experience
  • Excellent relationship building and senior stakeholder management skills
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
  • Ability to influence, engage and lead in a positive and inspiring manner
  • Ability to make tough decisions
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
