Job Description
We are a fast growing financial group offering a comprehensive range of financial services. To cope with business expansion, we invite high-calibre candidate to join us for the following position:
Responsibilities
- Provide extensive administrative support for the office
- Provide HR duties - hiring staff, maintaining attendance records, MPF, insurance, visas and immigration
- Provide Office Admin duties - Manage and control office assets & office supplies, office rental matters, Greet guests, filing, answer phone calls, postage, travel arrangements
- Provide other administrative support and perform ad-hoc assignments as required
- Provide general secretarial support to the Project Managers
Requirements
- Degree holder or above
- Minimum 2 years of related office admin experience
- Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Able to work under stress and in a fast pace environment; responsible and a team player
- Good PC knowledge including MS Word and Excel
- Immediately available preferred
