Job Description

We are a fast growing financial group offering a comprehensive range of financial services. To cope with business expansion, we invite high-calibre candidate to join us for the following position:

Responsibilities

  • Provide extensive administrative support for the office
  • Provide HR duties - hiring staff, maintaining attendance records, MPF, insurance, visas and immigration
  • Provide Office Admin duties - Manage and control office assets & office supplies, office rental matters, Greet guests, filing, answer phone calls, postage, travel arrangements
  • Provide other administrative support and perform ad-hoc assignments as required
  • Provide general secretarial support to the Project Managers

Requirements 

  • Degree holder or above
  • Minimum 2 years of related office admin experience
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Able to work under stress and in a fast pace environment; responsible and a team player
  • Good PC knowledge including MS Word and Excel
  • Immediately available preferred
