Responsibilities 

• To seek for the potential property investment projects in Hong Kong and exploring property investment opportunities in Mainland China and recommending appropriate strategies / investment options.
• Identify and analyze the potential M&A projects, formulate and implement the asset management, leasing strategies, investment strategies to maximum the business opportunity and profit level.
• Keep abreast of market information on real estate development and investment.
• Create and update templates/models for real estate investment and financial analysis.
• Assist Management to formulate, execute and keep track of asset management initiatives.
• Establish connections and rapport with real estate agencies, bankers and investment companies etc.
• Occasionally business travel to China offices.
• Other relevant ad hoc projects as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Good knowledge in leasing, marketing management and property asset management
• Minimum 10 years experiences in property development in Hong Kong and PRC or related fields acquired from sizable companies.
• Good knowledge in HK and PRC accounting practice, rules and tax regulations.
• Experience from property developers, real estate is highly desirable
• Solid experience and exposure to HK and PRC property, taxation, legal compliance and investment is essential.
• A high proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua) and English is required.
