We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Key Guardian.

In this role, you will

• Prepare for the change of locks for closed boxes and forces open boxes by Chubb’s technician
• Prepare vouchers for counter’s daily usage
• Show customers the whereabouts of their boxes, if required and offer assistance to some of them, including taking out or in boxes for the elderly and needy
• Take care of the disabled and take them to the Safe Deposit’s vault via other path
• Patrol control and ensure that a clean and tidy environment in the vault is kept by putting the boards back and ladders to the appropriate place after having been used by the customers
• Help Senior Safe Deposit Assistant to close all the vault doors at the end of the day
• Check and ensure that the boxes are empty after the customers who are going to close the box have taken out all the contents and returned the key to us so as to enable the Senior Safe Deposit Assistant to refund the key deposit to them
• Collect or deliver correspondence, reports, documents, registers and other items to and from Correspondence Department or various areas
• Perform other duties assigned by manager

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements

• Relevant experience an advantage
• Fluent Chinese and English with knowledge in Putonghua a plus
• Ability to work independently
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
