Job Description
Responsibilities :
- To solicit quality property mortgage loan businesses (including 1st mortgage/2nd mortgage) to meet business target;
- To solicit and expanding quality loan referral agents contact to achieve business growth
- To solicit and expanding the network and contact with property agents and bank to achieve business growth
- To interview the loan applicants and to explore their needs and provide good customer services;
- To process the loan application including obtaining completed set of loan documents
- To interpret explain all the loan documentations and terms and conditions to loan applicants to ensure they understood;
- To follow up drawdown of loan and to provide after sale quality customer services
- To develop and maintain good relationships with law firms
Requirements :
- Higher Diploma or Degree Holder, preferably in Marketing/ Business or related disciplines;
- At least 2 years’ relevant experience in mortgage loan development business gained from local money lender companies; and possess the sources from agents/bank/property agents is preferred
- Independent, good market sense and high initiative are essential;
- Result-oriented, energetic, mature with good leadership skills;
- Good command of Mandarin, written and spoken English and Chinese
