Introduction:

A very attractive role has arisen as a new headcount to cope with the expanding business. Currently looking for an experienced Financial Management practitioner with a history of successfully delivery of various types of projects. A competitive salary will be offered to the right candidate!

Responsibilities: 

• Overseeing a team of advisors and researchers to ensure the successful roll-out of projects.
• Creating detailed project plans, track progress, review project tasks and scope to ensure deadlines and goals are met and that projects are within scope and budget.
• Managing multiple projects from small to large scale in a cross-functional environment.
• Manage and contribute to the development of junior members of the team and able to effectively delegate work packages to junior team members whilst retaining control over quality of outputs.
• Network and manage relationships with external vendors/ start-up companies/guest speakers who are involved in delivering innovation projects.

 
Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years solid Financial Management advisory experience with exposure in the Insurance sector
• Qualified Accountant, CIMA or MBA holder
• Fluent English and Cantonese
• Good knowledge of the finance function - its organisation, processes and systems
