Responsibilities:

• Conducting research and build financial models as well as other statistical data for using in the formulation of investment products including securities/treasury products etc. analysis;
• Preparing internal and external written reports, visiting companies, attending conferences and other relevant events. 
• Building and maintaining relationships with senior management for preparing records and files to develop and maintain sources of information to assist in analysis activities;
• Identifying and formulating new investment ideas, and making proper recommendations to clients on securities and companies in one or more industry groups targeted to follow, in order to generate new business activity;
• Participated in ah hoc projects as assigned by the management;
• Specialized in Technology and Healthcare sector preferred

   Requirements:

• Degree or above in Accounting / Economics / Finance or related discipline;
• At least 4 years research experience with holder of CFA, CPA or technical designation is an advantage
• Experience in equity analysis for both secondary and primary equities are preferable
• Deal base research experience (for VC and PE coverage TMT and Healthcare deals is an advantage as well as general idea for the trend and or valuation for the latest M&A deals of TMT and health care sector
• Strong financial modelling / numerical / accounting and financial statement analysis skills;
• Practical, capable of simplifying and summarizing complex information with strong conceptual and critical thinking skills;
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua (a MUST) 
• Proficiency in Internet Searches & MS Office application including Chinese word processing
